RGB Creative is a multifaceted production agency working between New York and Los Angeles. We partner with fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands to move beyond outdated narratives around aging, creating content that reflects the real lives, power, and influence of women over 40.

With over 15 years of experience across photography, video, campaign production, and creative operationswe have built a trusted network of collaborators who share our values and have real world experience creating with and for women in this space. From makeup artists who understand mature skin to stylists who understand different hair textures, every detail is considered.
